What will I receive in my crate?

You receive six to ten items to use before, during, or after your runs. Like everything as much as we did? Use your exclusive discount codes when you resupply.

How do you decide what goes in my crate?

We work with both emerging and established brands to source products, and we test everything in the crate to make sure it holds up to the demands of ultra and trail running.

When do crates ship each month?

Crates ship out around the 20th of each month. Delivery time may vary depending on where you live. It can take several weeks when shipping to other countries, depending on border control, customs, and local delivery service.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship worldwide via USPS flat rate. Country tariffs and border fees may apply and are the responsibility of the member.

Can I purchase an Ultrarunner Crate subscription as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter the address of the recipient in the shipping section during check out.

When will I be billed?

If you order today, you will be billed right away to reserve your membership. After that, all subscribers will be billed monthly going forward, until the membership is paused or canceled.

How do I get my products in an Ultrarunner Crate?

How do I update my account or billing information?

If you log into your account on our log in page, you will be able to change your billing/shipping information or subscription status on your account page. If you need assistance logging in, please contact us.

How do I log into my account?

You can log into your account on our my account page, using the username and password that you created for your account when checking out. You can reset your password on this same page. If you are unable to log in or reset your password, please email us and we’ll help!

Are returns accepted?

Ultrarunner Crate purchases are nonrefundable. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have received a damaged product in your box, or if your box is missing a product, please email our member support team within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced.

If your Ultrarunner Crate is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. IfUltrarunner Crate is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Ultrarunner Crate

How do I cancel my membership?

Subscribers can cancel their subscription(s) at any time. There is no cancellation fee. Subscribers are billed at the time of purchase, and monthly from then forward. Subscription can be canceled anytime before that rebilling date to avoid receiving the current crate and being billed.
